Microgreens are a great addition to handheld foods, whether you prefer tortillas, pitas, or gluten-free wraps. They provide a burst of flavor and a boost of nutrition to any sandwich or wrap. Radish greens are an especially intriguing option, as they add a touch of spiciness to the mix. Personally, I enjoy wraps as they provide the containment without the excess of bread. Here's one of my favorite wrap recipes that features radish shoots and hummus.
Hummus Wrap with Radish Shoots Ingredients: One tortilla, any type you prefer
1 ½ – 2 tablespoons hummus
½ cup spring mix
1 shaved carrot
A generous handful of radish sprouts
Feta cheese crumbles
Directions: Spread hummus evenly on the tortilla. Combine the veggies in a bowl and arrange them on the tortilla. Top with feta cheese crumbles. Wrap up tightly and enjoy!
